I joined a new gym today and went on the stairmaster for 30 min, did upper body strength training, and swam for an hour!

I went walking for a half hour. Definitely a humble start, but I will make it a point to build on this.

I would love to join you. I am at 160 and would like to get down to my ideal weight which is about 40 lbs lighter. I am 5 feet so the weight really shows on my frame.
