Keep going! 3 workouts a week is great. You will lose more, just stay positive. Review your food diary after a week and see if there is anything you can tweak. Good Luck to you!

Doughnuts,any white dressing, bologna, pancakes, soda, soda, soda, and frozen food snacks (example, pizza rolls and mozzarella sticks). Marshmallows, candy (Skittles, Sour Patch, etc). Pork roll.
