I've been hearing about Rocklahoma on the radio and I am sure it would be pretty cool to go. I've wondered the same thing and I am sure there will be a variety of answers to that question. I personally have tried both and tend to find I can't workout with much intensity in the morning because, #1 - I'm not a morning person, and #2 - it takes me too long to cool down.
