I guess everyone's different. I look and feel fine at 93 lbs.

Alcohol makes me gain weight like crazy. It makes my face look puffy. But I can never stop at one drink. If you have just a little and work it into your calorie count maybe it won't do too much damage. But alcohol really is empty calories.

If you think ACV helps you, it is available in capsules or tablets, that would make it easier to swallow. But if you drink it straight you might want to rinse your mouth with baking soda dissolved in water, to neutralize the acids on your teeth.

Aren't pork rinds deep-fried? I wouldn't know, I'm a vegan. Fried anything is not all that good for you but I believe anything in moderation can't hurt.

For me weight loss happens in fits and starts. I might lose for a while then plateau for a few weeks then start losing again fast, slow down, etc. It rarely happens that I drop a pound a week or whatever, it's not linear. But if you're patient it'll all even out in the end.

Do you like spaghetti sauce? If so you can make it with pureed veggies and you won't taste them all that much. If you like fruit you can get lots of vitamins from brighly colored fruit like strawberries, blueberries and cantaloupe.

I would try eating nuts and nut butters, they have concentrated calories, good fats (especially walnuts) and protein. They'll help you increase muscle weight and almonds have calcium, too. It's a pretty nutritious way to add calories.
