kicking alcohol!
I relapsed into alcohol abuse 3 months ago and had been going on weekly benders since then. It was pretty awful but finally i'm committed to staying on the wagon. I'm one week sober and eating sugar and other carbs (cereal, crackers, and bread) like crazy. I know that alcohol is converted into sugar in the body and that's…

ideal weights for petite people

My sister is the same height as me and she weighs 95 lbs and she's fine with it. Nobody's ever called her anorexic. I just don't get it.

plateau
I'm following my recommended calorie intake but not losing weight. I do over an hour of cardio (walking and jogging) every day. Do you think that's too much? Should I cut down on cardio and increase my strength training? I don't want to reduce my calories too much, to avoid slowing my metabolism.
