I have low blood pressure and have had the same issues. I find having something with a bit more sodium before I work out (30 minutes) and making sure I'm staying hydrated have helped me.

Maybe your body is craving salt because you need it. Not everyone needs to be on a super low sodium diet. I am on a high sodium diet as recommended by my doctor. Besides, salt makes food taste good! Unless you have a medical reason to be on a low sodium diet, I don't see why you can't use a little salt here and there.

I don't know what part of GA you are in but look and see if there is a Phidippides or Fleet Feet near you. They both have multiple locations in the Atlanta Metro area. ^^^ This! About cardio, if you feel up to it, take a light walk, but I wouldn't do more than that. I have also seen multiple places that you should increase your calories by 300-500 on the day you give blood to help your body replenish and of course drink TONS of fluids. Moving Comfort. I like the Rebound Racer. They are a little pricey but totally worth it. I can run and jump and the girls stay put. Before I started losing weight I was a DD and now a D. A good sports bra is just as important as good shoes!

I have the same problem. I just eat a lot of sodium and drink a lot of water. I like to season my veggies with soy sauce.
