Depends on my mood :) I have found the same thing, a slice often weighs less. But I also figure the macros aren't really accurate either since each piece doesn't have the same amount of ingredients on it.

Congratulations!!! What an awesome feeling
-
That is awesome!!!! Keep at it and you will see great results.

You are beautiful, stripes and all... RAWR!!! Such an inspriation, makes me feel better about my stripes, I have always hated them. :)

^^^^ This, I'm just a bit over 5'2" and you are at a great weight for that height. I feel lifting weights will accomplish much more for you than trying to lose weight. You may gain and look better. Look up New Rules of Lifting for Women, Starting Strength, or Stong Lifts (all good starter programs). You most definitely…

Pizza!! Fresh or frozen, doesn't matter. I've learned some self control since my 14 year old son eats them for a snack, there is almost always one available.

Give me savory or tart anyday over chocolate. I don't have much of a sweet tooth in general, but put pizza in front of me and I'm cooked. I also love bacon. Now I'm getting hungry. :) If I do eat chocolate, I prefer it dark.

That is amazing!! Definitely something to be proud of. :)

Congratulations and great work!! What a beautiful smile in all your pics :)

You look fantastic!! Nice work

WOW!! Just simply wow!! What an amazing story and I agree with the others on how beautifully it was written. I found myself reading the entire thing, not just skipping to the pics. Gorgeous inside and out! Congratulations on an amazing journey.

Absolutely love these!! Although for me #44 is the opposite, makes me feel tall for a change. Haha

Do a google search for Ernestine Sheperd. One amazing woman and 74 years old. She lifts and just might be the inspiration your mother needs to understand. ETA: She is actually 76 now

It sounds like tendenitis (tennis elbow) to me, but hard to say. I get this as well and I tend to just push through it. It has come and gone for me. There are straps you can wear just below your elbow to help with the pain while working out. You can get them at any drugstore. I woud say try those and see if it helps.

^^^ this. I do a split and hit upper and lower twice each. I do one day each higher weight\lower rep and one day each lower weight\higher rep. Seems to be working so far. :) I also recommend squats, deadlifts, lunges, calf raises, etc.

Great information, currently bulking and was wondering the same thing. I'm loving the extra energy and gains. Have to admit, not looking forward to the cut at this point, still have a few more months to go. Thanks. :)

Amazing transformation!!! You look great and are certainly an inspiration!!

Beautiful girl!! Nice work.. you look amazing. Maintainance is tough, but soooo worth it. :)

Pics really are worth 1,000 words, glad you wife showed you the pics. Congrats!! You look awesome!

I have the LG tone and love them. They have really long range too, so work well in the gym as well as running. I leave my phone in my bag at the gym and have full range of the gym. Sound quality is also good. I would recommend the older version as there have been some complaints that the newer version has some neat new…

I'm actually working on the opposite end right now, my very first bulk :) Good luck with your cut, I'll be doing the same come spring.

I'm actually your exact weight and height. I started out losing weight and incorporated weight training about 4 months in. It took me about 10 months to lose and I've been lifting for 1.5 years. I'm just now going into my first bulk (eating at surplus). While you may not see significant gains in actual muscle mass, you…

I love pizza and I love a challenge!! However, I'm bulking, so no intention of losing weight this month, but I'm certainly in as a spectator. I'm sure I will eat my share of pizza this month and look forward to seeing you break that myth. :drinker:

I can't say enough about strength training, it has completely transformed my body (from 154 to 115 and size 5/6), I'm 5'3:". I've been weight training for 1.5 years, starting with New Rules for Lifting (awesome startup program), moved to StrongLifts and then developing my own programs. Just recently increased to a 4-day…

You look amazing, congratulations!!

Way to go girl, you are looking good. Slow and steady wins the race.

Just to clarify one thing... 3,500 = 1 lb, this is not necessarily FAT, it is 1 lb. Be careful to eat enough protein (weight training also helps) to help maintain your lean muscle in the process. That 1 lb can also come from muscle, not just fat. Make sure you are weighing your foods for the best accuracy in counting your…

^^^ I agree with this, you are looking good and it's getting to the cooler, wear heavier clothing weather.. might as well keep bulking now and start cutting to be lean by summer. I'm planning to start a bulk cycle myself in the next two weeks for just this reason. ;) Looking great, best of luck and continued success.

I've learned you can really make just about any fast food work if you just plan ahead for it. I would also consider Panera, Noodles & Co, just about any sub place, culver's if you have them (they have mashed potatoes for only 140, better than fries). Happy moving... how exciting for you!! :)

You should be very proud, that is an incredible difference for only 2+ lbs. Stop worrying so much about the weight, you are changing your body composition for the better and it truly means so much more than the weight loss. Congrats!!!
