  • I have been doing TurboFire for 8 weeks now. When I first started, I thought the same thing. There is a New To Class option on a couple of the dvd's to get you used to the moves. Once you start doing the workouts it does get easier. Good luck to you!

  • In my opinion I believe that any quick weightloss is not good for your health. Taking pills for a quick fix is not the way to go. Just start eating healthier and adding in exercise to your diet.
  • I've actually had the healthy choice bowls and I thought they were great but I've had the smartones and lean cuisines too. I will say though that smartones have more sodium in them than the other ones.
  • I'm in..I had the same issue when I first started yes it did kick my butt and I was sore for 2-3 days and then quit but I really think it works..it's nice to have the support of other people who are doing it as well too. Keep me in check people!!! I will try to keep in check with everyone too.

  • I actually have done weight watchers over the past 10 years off and on. Yes you can lose weight just by using those 2 books. I've done it all on my own and have kept off 20 pounds. Good luck. I'm here for support.

  • I workout around the same time everyday..12:00 p.m. I usually have some homemade lowfat granola or some peanut butter. I usually wait to eat my lunch until after my workout as well..should I be doing it differently?
