Sure ... it's better than not doing it at all .. and when you are ready for weights .. use soup cans or something that you can hold .. they work just as well. Good luck!! It's a great workout!

Try changing up exercies ... types of exercises you do, intensity, length, etc. You could also try zig zagging your calories. Good luck!!

Weight Watchers string cheese ... 50 calories a piece ... and a HUGE glass of water. Stay busy .. go for a walk, etc. etc. The after dinner stuff gets me sometimes too ... lots of willpower!

I'm not an expert but I think with the strength training it's ok. I average about 120 to 140 grams of protein a day as well. No problems here (so far). Good luck!

I just took a quick look at your diary and your net numbers are really low .. some days under 1000 ... Try bumping up your net to 1200 to 1400. Your body NEEDS food (good calories) otherwise it thinks it's starving ... just my two cents

Morning everyone :) ... managed the push up and wall squat challenge last night. For the pushups I did 18 in the first set and 16 in the second set.
