    That is a wonderful change! You should be super proud of yourself. It's not easy and YOU'RE DOING IT! I hope that you do a progression of pics...add to them (making a collage) every month or so. that would be an awesome visual for yourself as well as others in your shoes!

    Great job! keep up the wonderful work and you will reach the end of your journey. :) So proud of you. Can't wait to get to my 10% it will be a bit more than you are at. I'm hoping my BP can drop naturally on its own without meds I'm so sick of side effects.

    I was going to do the same thing with taking photo's of myself. You are doing something about it and that's what counts!! I'll help you if you want to add me for support! This is not easy for anyone who is obese. I quit smoking a year and a half ago and put on an extra 30 lbs, I was already obese. I"m sick and tired of being sick and tired, and feeling ugly. We can do it together!! I'm so proud of you for posting the photos!!
