Start slow,baby steps until you get used to it. I couldn't go up on the stair machine for 5 minutes when I started. I would get out of breath and stop it, but 2 weeks after I was doing 15 minutes and then a month later 30 minutes. You can do it! Just keep trying and don't give up!
