I am currently alternating between Chalean Extreme and P90x. One week of each, only eating more on the days I lift as I more hungry on those days.

For sure. With continous exercise be it cardio or strenght your body will get stronger and you will be able to run further and over time faster. However iike others have said it should never get easy.

Although I don't have this DVD Zumba Fitness looks like a lot of fun. I do Turbo Fire to add some fun into my workouts. You will sweat alot doing Turbo Fire and really get that heart rate up.
