I am 5.8" HW 260lbs CW 174lbs and GW 150lbs. Right now my weight loss has slowed down alot, however I have recently started to lift heavy weights. My current dress size is 10 - 12.

I once read years ago that if someone keeps pushing food on you, poliety said no thank you without explaining why (as soon as you say you are on a diet or eating heathy, it just seems to open up the conversation to them saying things like ït's only one day" go on you are doing so well you need a treat" blah, blah blah) up…
