you're not really saying too much...did you give each effort long enough? upping takes some time, lowering takes time. how often do you work out? the kind of foods hinder weight loss. what r u doin?

yoga is great! i do jillian michaels yoga meltdown and don't find it boring at all! i have a healthy back and some positions i have to ease my way into because they hurt my back at first but get easier with time. you may want to listen to the op and find a good instuctor:0)

i'm doing dirty girl mud run in 3 weeks...i do do some running but mostly i'm doing yoga for strength. don't plan on winning but plan on having some good fun in the mud:0)

this may sound terrible...(not meant to) but YES! my daughtre, she's 7 and evry time i yell at her for something my husband will yell at me because i do the same things as her! we laugh about it though! it is funny ....wonder why that is????

i think many of us get confused as to the whole"eat more" thing...like one person said it just makes sense to eat less calories to lose weight! a duh, that's less calories that got us fat in the first place. imagine how you used to eat before you started this journey...i am sure that 2000 calories is less then what we were…

going through the same! upped 2 weeks ago after a stall of almost 2 months, saw a 2 pound loss the first week i upped and now nothing bumped up again and now waiting patiently for it to take effect! be patient...i have read that everywhere with upping..it takes time but better over health and keeping it off will…

are you eating garbage to get those calories or healthy food? if you keep it clean(no processed) you should feel great...eating all day but heaalthy.
