  • i think the bigger you are to start and how fast you get down to where you want to be matter! if you are quite large the possibility that skin removale surgery will be needed! if your a bit smaller weight and strength train to pull it all in.from what i understand....if you pinch the parts your talking about and its…

  • i have read that cardio alone won't do it! i love to run, i do 3 miles everyday avg about 9 min a mile(go me), but it wasn't until i added in some strength (yoga and 6 wek 6 pack) did i see inches come off. i think is a great combo for me, since i am a foody and LOVE to eat. i'm working on that though. or i have just tried…

  • have to say i think the people who are sayin the treadmill does some of the work for you is complete BS! it is ME.....ALL ME running at 7mph! i started out running the streets of my town and couldn't keep the pace (no HRM, or GPS, or other) so i would go go go too fast burn out and have to walk a few. the treadmill keeps…

  • i run 3 miles a day and although it has blasted through the rest of the fat (back legs etc) it is taking forever with the belly! i just recently added 6 week 6 pack and lost an inch and a half! so i agree cardio alone will not help the belly fat! strength train that belly , crunches planks etc! i'm not the best with food…

  • the last time it lasted for a month! gained ten pounds which didn't help. i ask myself what makes you feel better? running.....makes me feel better. when depression happens for me, its not about the weight loss it's about fixing my brain and the exercise fixes it!
