i still have around 20 pounds to go but i am seeing a line from my boobs to my belly button. and now i see one coming up the other end! is this the begining of muscle peeking through or what? am i getting close? anyone else see this line in fat on the belly?

strength training
i am doing 6 week 6 pack, sit up, lunges burpes, etc which i think counts for strength but i would really like to get some weights. where do i start? how much weight do i start with. i can not go to the gym(kids) and all i have is 5 pound dumbells. willing to buy some just how much for my first set. i am looking to tone…

working through muscle soreness
do you work through it or rest it off? i think if i rest its just going to start hurting again when i begin? but at the same time i don't believe i am able to put my all into it being so sore?! what do u do?

measurments and scale not moving
please help...if it was just the scale i would be ok with it but my measurements haven't move either.....just started to eat back my calories but nothing as of yet....any other advise. diary open

20 to go and frozen!
i have under 20 pounds to go and the scale has been on hold for 2 weeks now! tries spiking my calories and even eating back my exercise cals and nothing! can a change in workout maybe do it? i yoga meltdown and zumba 6 days a week. my muscles are def growing but my measurements haven't moved nor the scale! someone help.

PMS eating
any tips on stopping the binge that comes 2 weeks out of the month? its the week beefore that kills me gained 3 lbs in the last 3 days and consumed anything not nailed down. can't get motivated to work out so i don't and insteaad cram in my mouth whatever! feeling frustrated! HELP!

calorie vs.recipe
is there a way to look at a food in the data base to see how it made? i made campbell's tuna noodle casorole but didn't add the butter and crumbs. i want to know if that calorie count includes it, so that i could subtract it.

no sex life?
so if you had a great sex life with your husband and now you don't, but you have talked it over with your husband and he says i put to much pressure on it and then it becomes like work! mind you he doesn't live with me mon-fri due to work......we used to be the couple that couldn't get enough sex nd now he's ok with it…

not eating them and then eating them!
so started on here and ate my exercise calories and lost 2 lbs a week, and then stopped eating them and burned faster. Now i have like 25 lbs to go and the scale is slow moving so my question is....if i start eating them now will i gain? not sure if this is what some some call zig zaging?

Exercise calories
So i now eat my exercise calories and am down 4 lbs in 6 days. My question is...I put in my workout calories, not my everyday activitiy calories. Does MFP auto do that or do i have to put in everything i do and eat those too? I hope not i'll bust:wink:

too much protein
i'm new to MFP, been working on myself since feb, and lost 13 lbs. been on here for 6 days and lost 4! My question is on my food diary i always seem to have too much protein, will this hurt my weight loss or what will it do? P.S. thanks for all the eat your exercise calories articles, that was my problem!
