does any one else have bleeding after their workouts?

No, I haven't before, it could be down to a number of things though, depending if you are on the contraceptive pill, breastfeeding, not long had a baby, etc. Perhaps a quick check with a nurse or doctor would be best. x

No, never. But I never have any spotting between cycles, and I'm on the pill. Sounds like you should check with your doc.

No, and I wouldn't say that is normal you should go and see your doctor. Some women spot alittle during ovulation so you might want to keep a diary of when this is happening to see if there are any patterns. The doctor will also be able to get a better idea of the problem if he/she has more information. Keep track of things such as the date, colour (brownish/reddish), amount, pain/cramps associated and anything else that you notice.

thanks for the link! it is happening right aftert the workout and then stops. funny though i jog and it doesn't happen, just after the JM vidoes!
