So i now eat my exercise calories and am down 4 lbs in 6 days. My question is...I put in my workout calories, not my everyday activitiy calories. Does MFP auto do that or do i have to put in everything i do and eat those too? I hope not i'll bust:wink:

MFP already accounts for your daily routine. When you entered in your activity level to set up your goals, MFP estimates what you spend to be alive and moving at the level you specified.

If you go to the MY HOME tab and click "Goals" you'll see on the top of the right column it says "From Normal Daily Activity" and the amount that MFP estimated for you.

Your regular activity is included in your activity level setting - so what you do for work, cooking dinner, watching tv, etc. Make sure your activity level setting is correct, and don't double count activities. Then just log your purposeful exercise or infrequent activities that would burn a lot.
