If you only have 18 lbs to lose, set MFP to lose only 1 lb per week. Or even .5 lb.

Even with it set at 2lbs per week, you are short consistently by several hundred calories.

    You are not eating enough.

its what i suspected......so i've been eating back some! does setting it to 1lb higher your calories?
  • I also notice that, on the days you complete your entire food log, you are normaly seriously high on sodium and often high on fat grams. Try to get ALL the #'s in check across the bottom, not just the calories.

And you have your activity level set correctly?
  • Yes, I wonder what your activity level is. I had 22lbs to lose when I started, it set me 1200 calories and 1lb/week.

Also add in more fresh fruits & vegetables, limit bananas to no more than one a day, add whole grains to your breakfast and other meals. Don't be afraid to eat.
