measurments and scale not moving

please help...if it was just the scale i would be ok with it but my measurements haven't move either.....just started to eat back my calories but nothing as of yet....any other advise. diary open

If you only have 18 lbs to lose, set MFP to lose only 1 lb per week. Or even .5 lb.
Even with it set at 2lbs per week, you are short consistently by several hundred calories.
You are not eating enough.0 -
its what i suspected......so i've been eating back some! does setting it to 1lb higher your calories?0

I also notice that, on the days you complete your entire food log, you are normaly seriously high on sodium and often high on fat grams. Try to get ALL the #'s in check across the bottom, not just the calories.0

i changed it to 1lb and it jumped to eating 1660 calories......i've been here before but that number scares the hell out of me!0

Yes, I wonder what your activity level is. I had 22lbs to lose when I started, it set me 1200 calories and 1lb/week.0

Also add in more fresh fruits & vegetables, limit bananas to no more than one a day, add whole grains to your breakfast and other meals. Don't be afraid to eat.0

i believe i have it set correctly...mailman/waitress...i'm a stay at home mom of 3 little girls one of which is a todler so i rarely sit. maybe it should be the nurse one?0
