so started on here and ate my exercise calories and lost 2 lbs a week, and then stopped eating them and burned faster. Now i have like 25 lbs to go and the scale is slow moving so my question is....if i start eating them now will i gain? not sure if this is what some some call zig zaging?

If you were losing while eating them, why did you stop?0

Define "slow moving" in regards to the scale. Be careful of losing more than 1 or 2 lbs per week. It can be hard on the body, and even more difficult to keep off.0

zig zagging is usually a day to day change, but by returning to eating the original calories wont make you gain weight as long as its a sensible amount for height/weight/activity level, however eating too few calories can have an adverse effect and cause you to not lose weight as consistantly as you like0
