Stomach!

Hi All

i know your stomach is the hardest place to lose, have any of you got tips on how to tone the lower part of your stomach up.
i have started to do running up to 20 mins a day.

i go away in 3 weeks i know its not going to get flat by then its just so i can start doing the tips so i can get use to doing this.

it would be much appriciated.

    i run 3 miles a day and although it has blasted through the rest of the fat (back legs etc) it is taking forever with the belly! i just recently added 6 week 6 pack and lost an inch and a half! so i agree cardio alone will not help the belly fat! strength train that belly , crunches planks etc! i'm not the best with food yet......but i do believe people who say abs are made in the kitchen! good luck!
