no doubt about it! i jog 2 miles everyday and sweat more or just as much doing it! build some nice muscle:0)

i have heard this as well! my belly is more jiggly and covered in stretch marks so it looks even worse but healthier is the closest way to get to where we all wanna be so keep on truckin:0) i think i will probaby have to drop my goal weight lower than i thought...time will tell

try to stick to the outside walls of the store! Fresh everything! only minimum in the middle where the packaged products are!

thanks everyone! no injury just really started to workout my abs......they hurt! was afraid to rest in fear i would never get used to it, but also i worried i wouldn't(couldn't give my all! guess i'll be workin them out today.......thanks again:0)

i think its silly! fruits and veggies are good for you! bananas as well...except if your a diabetic i guess! i eat banana s before or after my workouts they are good for that! i think your not eating to match your workouts!

figure out your bmr and NEVER eat less than that! this is what your body needs to just function it is unhealthy to eat less than this ever!

i changed it to 1lb and it jumped to eating 1660 calories......i've been here before but that number scares the hell out of me!
