100 calories snack bags of quaker oaks rice cakes (apple/cinnamon - yummy) or 1 tbsp of peanut butter right off of the spoon - 90 calories oh yeah - for something less sweet, cottage cheese all the way - 1/2 cup = 80 calories

in my opinion, cardio is therapy. i love long walks, steady jogs and brisk runs. it keeps me sane. i will say that when i added strength training this year, i toned up A LOT!!

school clothes shopping today with my 12 year old daughter and some of the shirts she picked out fit me!!! not that i would wear teenager clothes but the solid print tees are so sharable - she's been borrowing shirts out of my closet a lot lately too :noway:

all of my workouts are done from home with the exception of running at the park once a week. i do cardio on my elliptical and recumbant bike and i do strength from my jillian michaels dvd collection. i add in step aerobics once a week and occassionally, i'll throw in some strength with my exercise band dvd. who can afford…
