Lat Pull downs work well, if you go to a gym. The dreaded push up is awesome for toning the back and arms. Tricep dips on a table or window ledge with your feet on the floor works the tris and back also. BTW - you look awesome, so I wouldn't worry too much about it. :)

IF you can get your hands on a copy, try a Richard Simmons workout.... it's very fun even though the music is completely dated! I loved Weight Watchers online when i used it with the meetings. Once I couldn't find time to attend the meetings, I felt it was money down the drain... MFP is just as good and the support online is fantastic!!

Yup... the exercise definitely helps!! The main reason I exercise is so I don't have to eat like a bird. If you can live on only 1,200 calories, that 's great, but I know for a fact that I can't. So I usually add 600-800 calories to that a day because that's what I burn off in exercise. I do spinning, kickboxing and…

Well... IF you have a fat *kitten*, then at least you can lose weight. That person is stuck with stupid. ;) Seriously, whenever I'm doing some sort of exercise that I don't like, I chant to myself.. "Move it, Lard *kitten*". Use it as postive motivation.
