I've never believed the cardio machines. I've had them tell me I burned less than I actually did. They are just extremely inaccurate. I really want to get a body bugg or something along those lines.

I did WW for a while and after doing MFP for about 2 months, I'm upset that I wasted so much money. I love MFP and it's just so simple, a really great way to see exactly what your putting into your body, how exercise works with what you eat and IT"S FREE!!! You'll love it here.

It's hard, but I think doing it at home by yourself makes it harder. For me, I need to motivate myself even more when I'm alone. But, I do love the workout. When I tried level 2 it was shameful :)

I go to Zumba 4 times a week and am just obsessed. I can't imagine doing it at home alone. It really is changing my body in so many ways. I pay $5 per class which is disgustingly cheap for the kind of high intensity work out I get. I really don't think you'd get the same effect from a DVD.

Cheese can be a problem for me too...it's so good!! You really seem to have your goals set and that's awesome. I have found that if I don't eat a good, filling breakfast and lunch I am much hungruer at night. Try beefing up those two meals and see if that helps.
