I just started the 30 day shred with Jillian Micheals. It's def a workout, I don't do it religiously everyday like I should, but you can feel I'm working on that. I also do Zumba, which I totall <3, 3 times a week now!! :) Hope this helps!

Count me in! :) I started at 291.8, and have lost 24lbs so far! :) It's a small feat in the big picture but I'm working on it! :) I still have over 100+ lbs I'd like to lose. I had my first NSV today. I had a bunch of summer clothes inthe closet that I was dreading trying on. Thought I was going to have to buy new ones....I totally guessed wrong! They were too big... :) I was thrilled!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Totally in!! Starting Zumba tomorrow, and one class on Tuesday! Will do DVD in the am before work, and Zumba is at night on Sundays and Tuesdays!!! Pretty excited/anxious/nervous to be doing this weight loss journey as a whole! Will post measurments tomorrow! :happy:

I don't really crave chocolate all that much, but when i do, i found sugar free jell-o mousse temptations! :0) Delicious.60 cals, and enough to satisfy my sweet tooth!

It's very hard to cut out soda, and juices, but if I can do it..so can you!! I have been 8 days so far without soda or juice! My must have is coffee for the daily caffeine! Good luck!
