i usually eat some grilled tofu on a slice of whole wheat toast. if you spread a light layer of tofutti better than cream cheese on the toast, then stack on the tofu it tastes delicious and is full of fiber and protein and low in fat.

I have a suggestion for you...it is something that works but isn't so much a "diet" and is easy to add to your lifestyle. Choose one or two days a week to eat totally vegan, or at least vegetarian. I suggest vegan, as it eliminates fatty foods like cheese, milk, and eggs while a vegetarian diet allows those things. By…
