3 C-sections later, I, as many of you, have the dreaded kangaroo pouch. So far not much change in it, but hoping i will get some results like the ladies on this thread. Maybe there is hope! I don't believe it will ever be FLAT but I am hoping for drastically improved!

Form and knowledge are definately crucial! Most gyms are introductory sessions with trainers if you cannot afford one. I highly recommend trainers. Crossfit is also a great option. You definately need to build up. You don't want to deadlift or squat unless you know the proper form, you could really hurt yourself. But…

As far as I know you can have coffee, just not the sugar or creamers in it. So I am trying using almond milk. Its not the same but I am trying it out. I understand not being able to give that up...I work night shift, and it is not an option for me!

I feel your pain! I am stuck at about the same spot as you. I have upped my calories, lowered my calories, ate my exercise calories back, ate only half back, tweaked the things I have been eating, and still stalled! I am losing at an extremely slow rate...very frustrating. I hope you figure out your issue.

personally I am eating high lean protein, low STARCHY carbs and good fats (i.e. nuts, peanut butter, olive oil etc) I am not avoiding all carbs, just starchy carbs. I am eating veggies, fruits, and carbs from dairy (but kinda limiting those). I feel awesome! I have great energy, lots of power for my workouts. I am doing…

It seems like I see everyone losing weight at a much faster pace. I have a total of about 60 more lbs to lose, I am not exactly at the end of my weight loss...and I have not once had a High loss week. I guess I am just envious of the losses I see others having consistently weekly that are much higher.

christina I noticed your profile says that you do cheerleading, and you don't believe there is a risk of injury when you get thrown into the air?? I am pretty sure I can find some statistics about people getting injured doing that. Severe injuries like paralysis and death from landing on their head and neck.

I am with you there on not being a traditional gym person. Love Kickboxing, kenpo and crossfit style circuit. Hate machines! so boring! Besides I really think when you are doing those kind of workouts when you lose you look so much more tone! You look awesome! Can't wait!

This forum is about helping people. Some people however have to start an argument on every forum. Sorry! I would tell you that if it is something out of your norm log it. I spent an entire day one day rearranging furniture, building furniture and cleaning, I logged that. But I don't log my daily cleaning.
