Women's weight is 55 pounds. My PR is 8:56. My advice is just keep moving. it's kind of like Fran in that it sucks the life out of you, but it's over pretty quick.

I have been doing CrossFit for three and a half years. I can't imagine doing anything else!

3/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese 1 1/2 cups blueberries 9 almonds I use frozen blueberries. Then, I can measure out 5 meals on Sunday nights and grab and go in the mornings. This is a 3 block meal.
