  • Bob Harpers Inside Out program has a kettlebell workout which is awesome! Way better than Jillians haha. He goes a little slower so you can really figure out what your doing. Jillian moves too fast to do anything properly. Anyway, Its a great workout. I made my boyfriend do it with me and he couldnt walk for 5 days :laugh:

  • I go to CSUSB. I say invest in a lunch pail, target sells cute ones and take advantage of the gym on campus! Plus my school has amazing P.E. classes do those too! I'm in "cardio arts" aka kickboxing right now and I LOVE it. It helps with the stress of midterms :)

  • If your fond of riding the bike at the gym I really recommend a spin class. I just did one and it was AMAZING! I also recommend cardio kick boxing. In a half hour of that I can burn about 400 calories...it doesn't sound that great but for comparison the 30 day shread only burns about 250 for me in the same amount of time.
