Bob Harpers In and Out system

I know this is unrelated to weightloss but if any students have to take the GRE over the summer there is a discount up on thier website 50% if you take it in August. It seems to be filling up fast but it saves you $80 so I'm all over that!

Calculating Lbs of Body Fat for Realistic Goals
I had to do this for my p.e. class but it's pretty cool. If you know your Body fat % take that and multiply it by your weight and you get your lbs of fat.
