Ever heard of the 10 by 10?

I just did it with my dad and holy smokes it was intense!

We did:
1. Squats
2. T-push ups
3. Side plank
4. Mountain climbers
5. Ball Slam
6. Victory Raise
7. Kettle Bell one arm pulls
8. Bird Dog
9. Kettle Bell Swings
10. Burpies

It works like this... 20 seconds of exercise 15 seconds rest. So you do number 1 for 20 seconds, then rest 15, then do #1 (rest 15) and #2 (rest 15), then do #1 (rest) #2 (rest) #3 (rest), then do #1 (rest), #2(rest), #3(rest), #4 (rest) and so on until you've done all ten. It sounds easy but by the time we were to the #7 I was tired and by the time we finished I was dead.

Plus the best thing about it is you can plug in any exercise you want just as long as you come up with 10 of them.

that is indeed very intense, but I like it. That makes for a total of 550 (100+90+80...) exercises. Very cool.

Hi Megooo19 that's a Tabata workout. Tabata workouts are tough.
