Ah, when I search "Spaghetti Pomodoro" I see quite a few entries for versions that are between 500-1500 cals. I would personally imagine it was more around the 600-700 cal mark, but then it depends on the size of the serving, the type of oil, the type of pasta, and type of cheese.

From where did you get the calorie content on that? That's surprisingly low for a dish consisting of pasta, olive oil and cheese.

Hydrate well, work-out, try and make some good choices, lighter calorie food and drink. But when you look back on the time you spent together, I'm sure it'll be more important that you had fun.

I will add that when I was using mine, it was often under, but also often more. He doesn't seem to have been eating them all back anyway. The irregular eating is a good question though.

Very much I think if you drop your sodium (halve it, or more), and increase your water intake you'll see the results you're after.. It'd be good to see some fresh fruits and veg in there too. Good luck on your journey.

That's very much debated. Try adding in nuts after your work-out. I would imagine some the next day would be ok, as would only having half, but your body will need a decent amount of protein after the work-out.
