TODAY is a QUADRUPLE day. Yesterday was rubbish (though I do appreciate every mile we did row)! One of our lowest ever. Let's make today one of our best!

Aubergine, beef tomato and low fat mozarella stacks with pesto are godly. I also think you can't go wrong with some fresh salmon, home-made salsa and vegetables. Probably my favourite is sharing a healthy home-made pizza with salad and tzatziki.

I agree. And as the OP is one my friends, I can say that she does an amazing job with her eating and exercise. It's clear anyway from her ticker she's doing terrific. She was looking for advice, not a talking down to.

Yep. And it's done under Doctor's supervision. But yes, it's often slated as being 'freakshow' programming. But I think it's a means to an ends, it educates the participants and the audience at least.
