Hmm. Looks ok to me. On high sodium days make sure you're getting enough water. Other than that I guess it's just patience. Have you been checking your measurements? You may be losing inches rather than weight.
-
Agreed with the above - but as your diary is locked just to add to check your *net* is 1200.

Amazing! Incredibly well done to you - no doubt you'll now inspire many others to follow in your shoes.
-
Amazing! Very well done, you.

Same! How bizarre!

*high five* I also wear Old Spice Deodorant and look like I've just stepped out of the shower during work-outs. It's not improved in line with my fitness and weight loss. I just tie my hair up in a bun, pop my bandana on and jump in the shower straight after. I think so long as you hydrate well, it's not a problem.

So, what did you go with?

How about a 6" hot turkey sub? (Go easy on the sauces) Nice mix of carbs and protein, should fulfil the craving and not do too much damage calories wise.
-
Agreed!

was in Steel Magnolias with Julia Roberts who was in Flatliners with Kevin Bacon. Next: Fisher Stevens.

I'll make a new logo tomorrow with Robin on.

Agreed with everything you said. You're not a 'fat' anything. You're a champion!

I've knocked up a sig or avatar picture. If you need instructions how to add it let me know.

A stone's 14 lb. But I'm poor at Maths so I'll let you work that out! My goal is just to get myself a bit more active and motivated. I'm hopefully going on holiday in September so would like to be more toned and trim for that. I don't have gym access so for me at this weight 600 calories is a tough challenge but I'll do my…

Brilliant Lee, thanks! Good luck everyone.

A very inspiration story in many ways. You should be very proud of yourself, an amazing transformation.

Logically yes. In reality, perhaps not. This is a highly contentious topic; lurk more on the forum and you'll learn. I can only attest to my own experience for sure, and I've found by increasing my calories; including net, I've dropped more. The body is like a machine, it needs fuel to function best. That analogy works for…

As always some good (and some bad) advice here. I'd definitely say to find and or make the time to weigh food correctly and estimate correctly. As you say you may be over-estimating what you're eating (and the food nutrition database may be inaccurate due to being user generated) I'd advise you look closely at these areas.…

Absolutely amazing job. What a superhero. Very well done you and your lovely wife!

I'm about 5 foot 8.75 (ha!) 154 which I'm a pound away from (come on, tomorrow's weigh in!). This for me is a healthy, sustainable weight , makes me a uk size 12 and reflects the muscle I've also built.

Hi Colfi. I don't have the time to join right now. But bump so my friends can see.

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Well done mate!
-
I'm getting there!

Time of day can alter it, I'm told.

Hope that helped. Amazing difference! Very well done you!

Edited to remove image posting help.

I'm a big fan of turkey. I also have protein shakes; got some good advice from friends on here to get vanilla flavour as it's a better flavour base, you can add stuff to it- berries, peanut butter etc- or add it to stuff, like porridge.

So you should! That's an awesome achievement, well done!
