Beautiful before, beautiful after, but a fantastic transformation. You're about the same height as me and I'm currently 161 lb looking to get to 154. You however, carry the weight really well, you're looking more trim than me, I think (always difficult to tell on yourself, isn't it!), do you do quite a bit of strength…

I'd eat and drink as you like but remain conscious of your eating- don't eat just because you paid for it, eat when you're hungry, and listen to your body, not your eyes. If you can, get some good work-outs in, swimming or running on the beach etc. See if there's a local gym you could pop into. But most of all, enjoy…

I'm a big fan of turkey, but the peanut butter protein shake is a great idea.

I agree with this. I'm also 5" 8.5'. My initial goal weight was 168, it's now 154; however my focus is on upon toning and building muscle (and thus to decrease my body fat percentage), and how my clothes fit- I'm aiming, I think, to be a sold UK size 12 (US size 10), I'm currently, I think, a large 12. I'm also focusing on…

You'll look great, no doubt, but maybe avoid the clingy fabrics? Go for something more structured with a good cut on your chest and waist?

Let's see how your diary goes along but carbs aren't a no-no, they can easily be incorporated if your other macros are balanced, and you're working out. Think positive, and you'll succeed!

*waves* I wasn't judging, just trying to advise you that sustainable and better nutrition is better for you. But whatever works for you and keeps you focused sounds good to me.

I'm also in the UK- started and at the same weights as you but I'm 5 foot 9, with around 11 pounds left to go. Feel free to add me.

Fantastic, well done you!

I'm also a student, and I work part time. It's hard when you have a busy schedule; but I guess it's about prioritising yourself, and trying to make the time. Little changes here and there, taking the stairs, walking instead of driving or taking the bus, and making good food choices. Certain drinks as well are much lower in…
