  • You are doing amazing, keep it up!! I think that's really the turning point when you have that "feeling" feeling better, feeling healthy... On those bad days just remind yourself of that feeling and it will get you thru it.

  • I use to think of food all the time too. You just have to fill your body with the right foods. I eat every 2-3 hours now cause my body needs it since I am now in better shape. Oh and keep drinking water.. Dehydration can be confused as hunger.

  • I just started P90X after doing ChaLEAN and Turbo Fire and still almost threw up when I first did Plyo.. Just do what you can and it will come!! You can do this!! :)
  • I personally started with ChaLEAN and then went to Turbo Fire. Would recommend the same cause ChaLEAN was slower and helped me build strenght for the Turbo Fire crazyness ;) I started with 8, 10 and 13 and ended up finishing with 10, 13, 15
  • One of my friends has gotten it done, In Canada, medicare will possibly cover if you lose more than 100lbs but you have to go thru some tests and assessments. I am going to speak to my doctor about it this month.
