OMG Congratulations. I love how you told the story and how you never gave up. Great job!

You can definitely see more definition in your legs especially. Good job, keep with it.

So impressive!!! And I am tickled for you.

I just checked and Murdle5552 has deactivated her account. If you are a praying person, please join me in praying for her, that she will get help, be strong for both herself and her children. I pray also, that if she took offense to any words here, that she will come to know that all meant well. What amazed me as I read…

I love your story. I have not had nearly your challenges, but my super jock sons quit midway through day one of the 30DS. I got a little further, it is tough. But I get how you feel. Your strength and courage will empower them and push them too.

You are an amazing inspiration. Thanks for sharing, it is a great reminder that going slowly and making gradual changes leads to a lasting transformation.

Okay, sore from yesterday but pushed through on day 2. We can all do this. I wanted to stop, but I thought of you all. Please don't anyone stop. Just push through.

What is UGW? I was thinking under goal weight, but it doesn't seem to apply to some posts I see it used in.

I am already feeling a wee bit sore after this AM's workout. Thinking tomorrow is going to be really tough. Anybody else feeling tight?

I think it is dependent on the shape you are to begin with. That said, I just completed 30 days of walk away the pounds, 3 miles. Did it regularly, so I thought that the cardio would be the easiest part of the 30 day shred. Not so. I was shaking at the end as well. It will get easier.

Thanks, it was a butt kicker today.

Started today so I am with you all. But can someone fill me in on the recommended days on and days off.

Great job! I am working towards that too!

If you are on the fence. I started this last week. Honestly, I have trouble eating all the allowable calories, but I do my best. I do not add back in my work out calories as they are already calculated in there. Well I weighed in after 1 week and lost 2.5 lbs. That is my best 1 week loss. And like I said I was having to…

So, is there a settings on MFP to adjust those calories eaten for this program, or do you just know what to eat, and ignore the under over portion of your diet tracker. Honestly, I rarely eat my exercise calories on MFP and I don't feel hungry yet on the 1200 I am allotted. However I am 49, and I am eating a lot of veggies.

That is a sweet feeling. Congratulations!

I love hummus and cucumber slices, grape tomatoes and or mini sweet peppers. This is sometimes a snack and sometimes a lunch. Always have a piece of fruit with me if I am going to be running a lot of errands.

I agree with all the recommendations that say to tell her exactly what you told us. But it also sounds like she wants to keep you with her in your discomfort and misery. Seeing you desiring to change and be healthier probably makes her feel threatened on any number of levels. So regardless of how she handles your honesty,…

You are an inspiration!

You have done something amazing for yourself. Taking it slowly is far better than quick and drastic changes. You should be very pleased with yourself. Keep after it, you are an inspiration.
