My children are 15, 13, 12, 10, 8, 6 and 4. They all have different tastes and things they won't eat, Particularly the younger ones. The rule is; eat what we are having, don't eat, or have bread...that's it.

Not yet. Here they are doing a a Super Spartan on July 9th. 8+ miles running and 20+ obstacles. Honestly, I don't know if I will be ready so I am waiting until the last minute to register.

I only go the gym to swim. Try using a suspension trainer, I find if I do it quickly with no rest I get a good cardiovascular and strength workout.
