i also have it and absolutely love love love it!! i use it 6 days a wk, w/one rest day. i have toned up ALOT! I would suggest getting it very much

i just started taking the hydroxycut last wk...love it tho...and i used the food tracker on this site to ensure i'm getting 1200 calories a day yet...

may i just make a suggestion--Hydroxycut drink mix ins...they taste good & I haven't had negative side effects :smile:

I use it three times a wk. I saw results w/in the first two wks. I am down two pant sizes...size 31 to a 29. I do not watch my weight in lbs b/c i think that its inaccurate as to how much fat you are "losing" b/c i know for a fact I have lost a lot of fat, and gained muscle which weighs more than fat. I would say go for it…

Stick w/the cardio. I have found that I like to read or listen to my ipod or funny as it sounds, I catch up w/my long distance friends via texting when i ride the recumbant bike...I have found that an hour can pass by and I've burned 400+ calories doing that with out even thinking about it...I too, cannot watch TV b/c it…

I have been really struggling the last few days to continue eating healthy...i just wanna eat pizza, and fast food... Tuesday I did order Pizza Hut and it was great and all...(I didn't even gain any weight, but probly due to the fact that I exercised for 1+hrs that evening...) I would like to try the Turbo Jam. I just ordered the P90 set on beachbody.com yesterday, but I like to switch it up some so if i found something i could do in addition to the P90 three times a wk, that would be awesome!

Six days a wk I ride my recumbant bike for 60 minutes (approximately 400-450 calories depending on my rate) I also "power walk" for one hour w/a friend in town three to four days a wk. I have the Barrys Bootcamp dvds and I LOVE THEM!! I do those in the morning on MWF

Thanks for the encouragement! I don't drink except maybe twice a year...I have been sticking to 1200 calories a day of healthy foods such as veggies, fruits & high protien low fat meals (chicken)...
