...but I hate it!

I followed the link to see your pic, you look great! Happy birthday! And... I think you deserve to get yourself a new shirt : )
-
Good for you! I'm on a waiting list for a local half marathon in June. I wonder if I could just show up anyway?
-
Isnt it crazy to think about what we used to eat? I used to eat 4 grands biscuits at dinner (along with a huge meal) several nights a week!
-
You go! I'm so happy for you!
-
I'm only on week 4 but would love to join a group!

Remember when we all thought we were fat when we were teenagers but now we look back and wish we had enjoyed the way we looked? Well... You go out there and rock that bikini because you look awesome! Don't look back when you're 80 and wish you had!

I'm 5'6 and started at 209. I don't have any "flaps." As previously mentioned, losing the healthy way gives your body time to adjust.

My husband just read this and said to me "That's why I use my left hand!"
-
I bet you would think twice about shaking a guys hand after he pulled it out of his pants!
-
The only thing my husband does that slightly bothers me is when he watches tv with one hand down the front of his pants. Why do guys do this? It just seams unsanitary and crude. I always ask him " how are the boys?" and he replies "good" without even flinching. The biggest turn off while I was single was guys who make…

As someone mentioned before, a common mistake is to push too hard and burn out. Make sure you stay slow and steady, then build on that. I run for one to three hours but I go REALLY slow. This prevents injury for me. Maybe when I lose a little more weight I can work on my speed.

You definitely look more cut!
-
I am so happy for you! Way to feel sexy!
-
Sarah- 10! Beautiful!
-
You own more pairs of yoga pants than jeans.
-
Hooray!
-
I have definitely been there. Sometimes you have to "fake 'till you make it." commit to one week of healthy eating, even if you don't want to, and maybe you"ll find out that you feel better and will want to continue. Last night I did NOT want to exercise. I did it anyway and it was over before I could really complain about…

Great job!

Remember to go slow. Using a heart rate monitor is really helpful.
-
It sounds like you are overall discontent. You mentioned your job and your body. Are they related? Maybe kicking up your exercise will increase your confidence! Maybe you need to work out some feelings with a professional? In any case, healthy food and exercise will increase an overall sense of well being.

Anything on a steak! A good steak does not need sauce ( especially ketchup) and should never be cook over medium rare!

When I first started I ate 1200 calories a day and lost a lot. Now that I'm exercising much more, I stopped losing. I took the advice of MFP's and increased my calories. I'm back to losing again! I do think that nothing but salads will eventually "scare" your body, making it hold onto some weight. I pay attention to…

I agree with everyone so far, 10 pounds is tremendous! Great job! Give yourself a pat on the back! Keep up the good work!

Oh goodness! I just woke up my husband with all the uncontrolled laughter!
-
That's great! I'm sure the dog is happier too! My dogs have lost more weight than I have since I started running with them. They couldn't be happier!

Up to 71 miles now. 29 more to go!
