Honestly? My whole life has been "the last 10 lbs". But when you are only 5 feet tall those 10 lbs really make a difference. It is definitely very difficult!

So some of these pics were so great I just went and did level 1. I had already done 35 minutes of Shaun T Rockin' Body, but I got inspired. Whew! I forgot how Jillian can kick my butt.

This is also interesting. I remember reading years ago that trying to go low carb multiple times does not always work. Like you get one or two chances at success and then the body isn't interested.

This is what I found when I tried to do a low carb diet. I remember I ate some egg and cheese low carb breakfast thing I had made and then went and ran a 5K. It was my worst time ever and I thought I was going to barf halfway through. Usually coffee and a banana do me fine before a run. Never again with eggs and cheese!!

It happens. I woke up feeling bloated - I know its the diet Pepsi I drank last night versus just water. I am not used to it. I also slept badly last night and I know that can contribute to feeling off.

Me too! I feel like I can eat much more on MFP and I am a small person very close to my goal.

I've had the Zip about a month and I really like it. It definitely motivates me to get active and at least hit 10K in steps a day.

Yes my diary over the last week looks bad. I was sick for a week and then had parties back to back. I was cringing looking at it myself. I agree on more fresh fruits and veggies. Definitely going to work on that!

I am drinking it, but not logging religiously. I think I drank about 6-7 cups yesterday.

Okay I didn't even know I could add those settings. I just added sodium and fiber. Sodium looks okay, but I will up the fiber since maybe i am not eating enough.

Definitely sore. I am working in upping my water. The food might looked processed, but a lot of it is not. Just trying to find equals on MFP.
