Someone view my diary please

Hi everyone. I am going to put myself out there because I would like someone to review my diary. I realize I show a very low net on most days, but I have a Fitbit that is synced and I am just not convinced I am burning that many calories. I am set at lightly active. I am 39 years old, 5'0" and 132 lbs. I can never seem to get below the 132. I am really just trying to get to 125 - nothing insane, but for some reason I am eternally stuck at 132 at best.

Suggestions? Ideas?

    Hi! I just saw a couple days. I think it'll really help if you incorporated more fresh food, like fresh greens, vegetables, and fruit. And maybe just stay away from the alcohol or save if for the weekend.

    I lost a lot of weight by slowly eliminating the amount of processed food I ate.

    Yes my diary over the last week looks bad. I was sick for a week and then had parties back to back. I was cringing looking at it myself.

    I agree on more fresh fruits and veggies. Definitely going to work on that!
  • first I would track sugars instead of sodium, sugars should be eaten sparingly. I agree with the other comment about less processed, more fresh foods and less alcohol if any at all. Alcohol is probably the main reason you are unable to get below that certain weight, the alcohol is only going to make you gain weight. Its ok once in a while but not often. Also I would suggest taking in more protein throughout your day.
