I too would say grill the food and make measuring cups and spoons your best friend. IMO beach food (if you choose wisely) can be healthier. Most seafood is low in calories (different types of fish, shellfish...) you can pair it with sides of brown rice and veggies. this is so true... i was doing heavy lifting with come cardio and lost roughly 20 lbs and 12 inches from mid feb to mid april. even if you are a beginner runner the intervals that the c25k help you build muscle in the thighs and calfs. way too high. I do c2sk for 30 mins and i burn 364 calories and thats what i got with a HRM. if youre not ready to buy a hrm i would download a couple of free apps and run them all at once during your workout to see the difference
