I finished 6 weeks, but just couldn't go any further. My body was pulverized. But I still love the program, and do it once a week, even if it's just the Fast and Furious 20 minute workout. I used a heart rate monitor, and I think my average burn for the 40 minute workout was about 450 calories, so I just put 11 calories…
