I'm 5'5". Counting calories and a lot of hard work in the gym. I workout 6 days a week. I LOVE spinning and can't even begin to tell the results I have had with it. I also just started a Boot Camp class on my off spinning days. I have gone from a size 10 to a size 4/6 since March!

Most likely alot of it was water weight. Usually in your first week or two you lose alot of water weight and the scale can move down pretty quick. I don't think it is a large loss in too small amout of time.

I HAVE to have chocolate everyday, so I replaced it with Nature Valley Oats and Chocolate bars. I also have a Luigi's Italian Ice (Lemon) every night, only 100 calories. In my opinion, you get a better workout with the eliptical than the treadmill.
