I'm gay, but can still recognize attractiveness and sexiness on the other sex. For me, I think a woman with curves is downright sexy!

I do: 1 cup water 1 scoop whey protein powder 1 cup frozen fruit 1 large handful fresh baby spinach You can make it with or without the spinach. You can't taste the spinach at all, but it is a good way to get some veggies and vitamins in. The shake is plenty thick..there's no yogurt or milk necessary.

7 days a week for me as well: Sunday: Speed run Monday: Spinning Tuesday: Speed run + kickboxing Wednesday: Pilates or Yoga (I consider this my "rest/recovery" day) Thursday: Long slow run Friday: Spinning Saturday: Spinning If I'm sore or stiff from running, spinning/pilates/yoga makes it feel better.

Sometimes. But you know what I get tired of even more? Being fat and unhealthy. Seriously, I love logging because it keeps me in control. It's the opposite of stress for me.

Someone said that to me the other day and my response was, "I'm glad I have to do that. I'm happy to be accountable for what I'm doing to my body. I'm happy to be working towards a goal and to be reaching that goal. I'm glad to be taking control of my life."

My favorite part on a man is his face. He can have the most muscular body every ,with a perfect pelvic V and biceps to die for, but unattractive is unattractive and no amount of working out is going to change the attractiveness in your face. My man has to have a face that I want to look into!

Cottage cheese could be worth trying. I used to do hard-boiled eggs too, and maybe I'll go back to that. I'm a teacher, and I get to work at 6:30 a.m., so I eat breakfast there because it's way too early to eat at home. So cooking eggs (omelets, etc) isn't a good option for me, although I'd love for it to be.
