Next time you're in the grocery store, just look at the labels. The light versions are better in fat and calories, but not by a lot. I look at the sodium count.

I teach French. It definitely helps. You may not understand everything, but the more you surround yourself in the language, the more you pick up pronunciation, intonation, cadence, and rhythm. Each language has its own!

Nothing like that is a waste of time. It's not going to create a huge calorie burn or anything, nor would it be a replacement for longer exercise periods, but every bit you do helps towards your overall fitness.

420 calories is a lot for a meal. My dinner was only 300ish calories. 4oz grilled chicken breast, 1 cup green beans, 1 1/2 cup cauliflower purée. Any lean protein + veggies on the side will be quite satisfying and leave you room for a treat afterwards.

It's whatever works for you. I did the three meals, and I was always snacky. Now, I eat 5 small meals and my snackiness has died down a lot (and my weight loss has increased). But, it's not the same for other people, as evidenced by replies on this thread.

Hello! I tried 10-minute trainer a few years back. It was a hell of a workout, but I wasn't ready to get in shape then, so it sat in a box until I finally got rid of it. I like mine with granola or sliced almonds. I also find it delicious with cinnamon.

I have them, and love them. Takes a while to build up the endurance to run in them as you need to retrain your body, but they're great. Stick with them!

Power 90 is the one before P90X, and much more accessible. You will have awesome results with that.
