PLEASE ANSWER! :( Almond butter & wheat/grain bread?

so I absolutely LOOOVE raw almond butter (no salt) Trader Joes is the best! And I have it EVERYDAY with either Ezekiel grain / wheat bread or Sara lee's 45 calories a slice wheat bread. I always have 2 slices to make a sandwich. It's my absolute fav. Has anyone had whole wheat/grain bread everyday & still lost weight with a healthy diet? I know wheat / grain bread is healthier but is it bad to have everyday?

Any feedback / responses would be great!! Thanks!

    I have a sandwich for lunch every day made with whole wheat bread. Carbs are not the enemy :)

    So far my husband has lost 17 pounds and I've lost 10 in about 5 weeks, and he has almond butter on wheat and I have honey peanut butter on wheat (fresh ground from Whole Foods for both of us for lunch almost every day. Seems to be okay for us! We have 40 calories/slice bread.

    It's a complex carb, and that's what your body needs. Eat up and enjoy.

    I have peanut or almond butter (also love the TJ's stuff!) and a slice of whole wheat toast (not even as healthy as the Ezekiel stuff!) almost every day and lose an average of 2.5 pounds a week.

    I have 2 slices of whole wheat toast and almond butter almost everyday for breakfast. I've had steady weight loss and for
    some reason never get tired of it!

    I eat Pepperidge Farms lite style wheat bread every day (45 cal per slice) and I'm losing about 1 lb per week. You should read your bread's label and make sure whole wheat is your first ingredient. If it starts off with enriched flour, you might as well eat white bread. Many whole grain breads also have a lot of added sugar to improve the taste so watch for that.

    I just can't get enough of almond butter! I have it everyday on either Ezekiel whole grain bread or Sara Lee 45 cals per slice on whole grain! And I also use almond butter on apples for a snack everyday too lol. Thanks for all the feed back everyone!

    Try and minimize flour based carbs, even whole grain bread. I've heard of bread recipies that are made from almound flour that are deliscioius, I'm sure you can Google them.
