unfortunately, I haven't even started the challenge that I was once so excited for. I got really sick and just didn't feel like doing anything. Hopefully next will get me back on track.

When I have a lot of reading or flash cards to do I do it on the treadmill during midterms and finals. It doesn't burn as many calories because I have to walk slow, and it's not my favorite machine...but it makes me feel better than doing nothing and I don't feel guilty for not studying.

I can totally relate. I start logging and then don't. I used to be with weightwatchers and lost 20 lbs...then gained back 40. So I'm trying to get back in the habit before holidays start.
